Reproduction of the scarce Griswold Bag (1st type) used by US paratroopers and intended for carrying the M1 rifle in two parts. Closes with snap fasteners. To be attached to the parachute harness thanks to the snap hook sewn at the back.
This version was the ONLY type used in Normandy. An actual M1 rifle will fit perfectly in this bag, which can be closed with a lace or a metal rod when containing the rifle.
