Boots, Legging Top, Cavalry / Tank Crew, Shortened
Genuine WWII US Army cavalry boots, introduced in 1940 and widely issued to tank crews and motorcyclists. This kind of high boot was worn throughout the war by several senior officers, including General Patton.
The leather leggings are normally tightened with three straps featuring buckles -- leggins have been shortened just above the middle strap, here. The uppermost part is partially unstitched on one boot. Size 6 EE.
