Genuine WWII US Army 'Special' HBT overshirt, featuring two buttons under the collar for attaching the antigas woolen hood. This type, featuring two breast cargo pockets, was both worn as a combat jacket and as a utility jacket on the ETO, particularly in Normandy.

In excellent condition, this jacket retains all its plastic buttons and original label dated May 2, 1944. Size 36R.
