Genuine WWII US M1 helmet liner, manufactured by Westinghouse, retaining its original light khaki straps and leather sweatband.

In very good overall condition, the present liner features blackened-brass A washers. Two cloth stripes have been affixed to the front, indicating that the liner may have belonged to some US Navy Lieutenant.
