Genuine WWII US dog tag, issued to Howard G. Wade, officer's service number O-191654, vaccinated against tetanus in 1941, blood type O, Protestant. With address of next-of-kin-- here, his wife.
In used condition, this tag comes along with its original leather necklace, which shows various signs of damage.
Howard Gardner Wade was born on September 14, 1881 in Quincy, Massachusetts. A reserve officer, he served during both world wars and passed away on October 11, 1958.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
