Genuine WWII US Marine Corps Herringbone Twill combat jacket, of the type introduced in November 1941, featuring three front slip pockets -- the breast pocket being adorned with initials USMC and the Eagle, Globe, Anchor insignia. All original metal buttons have been replaced with brown plastic buttons -- those of the left cuff and one from the front closure are even missing.
