Dog Tags, T/Sgt. Gordon Woods, USAAF, ETO

Lot of three genuine WWII US Army dog tags, issued to Gordon H. Woods, ASN 35618047, vaccinated against tetanus in 1944, blood type O, Protestant. The present tags were found along with dozens of others on the site of a former USAAF air base in Kent, England in the 1980s.

Gordon Hal Woods was born on December 9, 1921 in Nashville, Ohio and joined the US Army Air Corps on December 10, 1942. He passed away on September 17, 2009.
