Great genuine WWII British gas mask, dated 1943 and inspected in 1944, complete with its canister. Mainly issued to first-wave assault troops and airborne units because of its compact design. Mint condition.
Comes in its original green canvas bag, dated 1943, in good overall condtion, complete with strap. The following inscription has been handwritten at the rear of the bag: Lt. (N/S) H.E. Campbell; the strap features number F57670.
