Jacket, Winter, US Army, Tanker Jacket

Great genuine WWII US Army winter combat jacket, also known as 'tanker jacket'. Initially designed for armored crews, this type soon became popular with all branches of service, particularly amongst officers.

Very good overall condition. Original wool knit collar, waistband and cuffs are quite well preserved and Conmar zipper is in working order. Initials JP have been embroidered in the collar.
