INERT British 9mm cartridge. Made in 1944 at the Royal Ordnance factory, Hirwaun, Wales. Headstamp case with “H/|\N 44” and “9mm”. No powder, no cap, drilled case. Art. R311-1 § 26° le CSI : " Munition neutralisée : munition dont le projectile a un diamètre inférieur à 20 mm et dont la chambre à poudre présente un orifice latéral d’un diamètre au moins égal à 2 mm ne contenant plus de poudre et dont l’amorce a été percutée."

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
