Genuine WWII US Army belt suspenders, with adjustable straps and hooks; these were intended for carrying the pistol belt or cartridge belt, as well as the M-1936 canvas field bag. Production markings are illegible. Laundry number S-3738 has been stenciled on both suspenders. Complete and in quite good overall condition; snap hooks are in working order.

Genuine WWII US Army webbing suspenders, featuring adjustable straps and hooks, intended for carrying the pistol belt or cartridge belt, as well as the M1936 canvas field bag. Each suspender has been reinforced with a rectangular felt pad and a parachute harness strap sewn on its inner side. No production markings visible. Complete and in very good overall condition; snap hooks are in working order.

Reinforced type, two-tone, manufactured by Coglizer T. & A. Co. and dated 1945. Complete and in perfect condition despite some minor oxidation of a few metal parts, due to storage conditions; snap hooks are in working order.

Genuine WWII US Army webbing suspenders, featuring adjustable straps and hooks, intended for carrying the pistol belt or cartridge belt, as well as the M1936 canvas field bag. The main straps feature a yellowish color. Manufactured by S. Froehlich Co. and dated 1942. Complete and in excellent overall condition.

Genuine WWII US Army belt suspenders, with adjustable straps and hooks; these were intended for carrying the pistol belt or cartridge belt, as well as the M-1936 canvas field bag. Production markings are illegible. One of the four lower double straps feature some friction tape, yet the dark marks visible on the other three indicate that they were once all maintained with similar device. Complete and in quite good overall condition; snap hooks are in working order.

Suspenders, Belt, M-1936, Taped, 1st Lt. John Haley, Corps of Engineers, 1942
Genuine WWII US Army khaki webbing suspenders, with adjustable straps and hooks. These were intended for carrying the pistol belt or cartridge belt, as well as the M-1936 canvas field bag. Manufactured by S. Froehlich Co. and dated 1942. Quite good, worn condition. The lower straps are kept in place with adhesive tape, while the following markings appear on the inner side of one of the two suspenders: John J. Haley 1st. Lt. CE . John James Haley was born on September 14, 1916 in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and went on to serve in the Corps of Engineers during the Second Wolrd War (officer's ASN O-79835). He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after the Vietnam War. He passed away on July 2, 1988. Illustration documents available in digital format only.
