Suspenders, Belt, M-1936, Taped, 1st Lt. John Haley, Corps of Engineers, 1942
Genuine WWII US Army khaki webbing suspenders, with adjustable straps and hooks. These were intended for carrying the pistol belt or cartridge belt, as well as the M-1936 canvas field bag. Manufactured by S. Froehlich Co. and dated 1942. Quite good, worn condition. The lower straps are kept in place with adhesive tape, while the following markings appear on the inner side of one of the two suspenders: John J. Haley 1st. Lt. CE . John James Haley was born on September 14, 1916 in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and went on to serve in the Corps of Engineers during the Second Wolrd War (officer's ASN O-79835). He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after the Vietnam War. He passed away on July 2, 1988. Illustration documents available in digital format only.

Suspenders, Belt, M-1936, Taped, HOOSIER T. & C. BOS. CO. 1942
Genuine WWII US Army belt suspenders, with adjustable straps and hooks; these were intended for carrying the pistol belt or cartridge belt, as well as the M-1936 canvas field bag. Production markings HOOSIER T. & C. BOS. CO. 1942. The four lower double straps feature some friction tape. Complete and in quite good overall condition; snap hooks are a bit rusty but remain in working order.

Genuine WWII US Army belt suspenders, with adjustable straps and hooks; these were intended for carrying the pistol belt or cartridge belt, as well as the M-1936 canvas field bag. Manufactured by Victory and dated 1943. Three of the four lower double straps feature some adhesive plaster. Complete and in good overall condition; snap hooks are in working order; laundry number K9596 has been written on the right suspender.

Nice genuine WWII US Army OD 7 suspenders intended for carrying the haversack introduced in 1944 under denomination Combat Field Pack (upper part) and Cargo Field Pack (lower part). Manufactured by Breslee Mfg. Co. and dated 1945. Complete and in good overall condition.

Rare genuine WWII US Army M1910 T-shovel, shortened at the time following a common habit amongst American parachute troops. Comes in its original canvas cover, manufactured by Berkeley Mfg., Inc. and dated 1942, adorned with laundry number R8290 . Homogeneous set, in used condition.

Rare genuine WWII US Army M1910 T-shovel, which features a shortened handle, following a common habit amongst American airborne troops. Comes in its original canvas cover, manufactured by W.L. Dumas Mfg. Co. in 1943, on which laundry number F 0634 has been inked twice. Nice homogeneous set, in quite good overall condition, found in Normandy.
