Stunning genuine WWII Canadian webbing holster, designed for the Enfield No. 2 Mk I* revolver. Manufactured by MS & U Ltd. in 1942. This type was initially intended for armored crews, allowing them to carry the sidearm on their thigh; a specific emplacement accomodates the cleaning rod -- not included here -- while six loops allow the serviceman to carry six extra rounds. Complete and in mint, unissued condition.

Interesting genuine WWII ruseet leather shoulder holster, displaying no visible markings. This private-purchase version, which was designed for some semi-automatic pistol (Colt M1911A1, Browning GP 35...), features a separate emplacement intended for carrying a spare magazine. Complete and in quite good overall condition; snap fastener and snap hook are in working order. Pistol and magazines are not included. The following inscription is visible on the back of the sheath: Lt. Col. A.J. Mason O292760 . Albert Joseph Mason, Jr. was born on September 22, 1909 in Fort Collins, Colorado and joined the US Army on July 5, 1941. He retired on November 3, 1964 as a Colonel. Genuine WWII US M3 leather shoulder holster intended for the Colt M1911A1 pistol, caliber .45, manufactured by Boyt and dated 1943. Introduced for USAAF pilots in 1942, this type was subsequently used in every branch of the military and became particularly popular among airborne troops. Quite good, used condition, and very nice patina; retains its original sling. Lift-the-Dot fastener and belt loop stud are both in working order. Pistol is not included.

Nice genuine WWII US M3 russet leather shoulder holster intended for the Colt M1911A1 Pistol, caliber .45. Manufactured by Enger-Kress and dated 1944. Introduced for USAAF pilots in 1942, this type was subsequently used in most branches of the military and became particularly popular among airborne troops and armored crews. Complete and in quite good, used condition; the snap fastener of the belt loop is damaged but the Lift-the-Dot fastener of the securing strap is in working order. Two different laundry numbers are visible on the back of the sheath. Pistol is not included.

Holster, War Booty, Bastogne, January 1st, 1945
Rare genuine WWII leather shoulder holster, intended for a semi-automatic pistol and captured by a GI on some German during the Battle of the Bulge. Although the general shape is quite reminiscent of the M3 holster, the present artifact features a separate case designed to accomodate a spare magazine. The following markings have been handwritten on the rear: R.F. Clark 34868692 264 F.A. Bn. The original note which comes along with this holster indicates that it used to carry a Russian TT-30 pistol (caliber 7.62mm), taken from a German on New Year's Day 1945 near Bastogne, Belgium by Sergeant Robert F. Clark du 264th Field Artillery Battalion. Complete and in good, used condition.

Genuine WWII Canadian webbing holster designed for Enfield and Webley revolvers. To be attached to the belt thanks to the brass hooks intended for this purpose. Manufactured by Z.L.&T. Ltd. and dated 1941. Quite good overall condition; the outer surfaces have been covered with a layer of black paint. The black webbing was likely for rifles regiments, or armoured regiment including the Oxford Rifles, DHRC or Queen's Own Rifles.
