Rare lot of four genuine WWII Allied maps, edited by the General Staff-Geographical Section of the War Office in 1943-1944 and covering various areas of Belgium and Germany -- scale: 1:100,000: - Belgium & N.E. France, Marche , First Edition, Sheet 13 (about 23.6in x 35.4in); quite interestingly, this map was printed on the reverse of a German map covering the northeastern tip of England; - Central Europe, Bonn , First Edition, Sheet S.1. (about 27in x 37.4in); - Central Europe, Köln , First Edition, Sheet R1 (about 23.4in x 41.7in); mention Richard Wagner 504 Prcht Inf. has been written on the top of this map; - Central Europe, Essen , First Edition, Sheet Q1 (about 27.9in x 38.6in cm). Homogeneous set, in used condition; the above-mentioned annotation indicates that the present maps once belonged to some Richard R. Wagner , Regimental Headquarters, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division.

Lot of four genuine WWII German propaganda miniature leaflets, dedicated to Adolf Hitler's rise to power during the years 1934, 1937 and 1938 for three of them, and to the Battle of France (June 5-25, 1940) for the fourth. Homogeneous set, in very good overall condition. Dimensions of each booklet: 1.3in x 1.9in.
Lot of Two Shirts, Wool, US Army, 16 x 33, Major D.C. Hartwell, 78th Infantry Division
Lot of two genuine WWII US Army OD shirts, of the type intended for officers. Nice homogeneous set, in very good overall condition despite some signs of wear in the collar. The 78th Infantry Division shoulder insigna is present on one of the two shirts. Inscriptions visible in both shirts indicate that they once belonged to some Major D.C. Hartwell , ASN O-357025 .
Lot, 23 Forms, V-mail, Blank, in Box
Genuine WWII US Army set of 23 V-mail blank forms, coming in their original cardboard box. In order to standardize, hasten and facilitate the shipping and delivery of mail written by servicemen deployed overseas, the US Army instituted the V-mail system in 1942. The message would be written on a special form which was then photographed on 16mm film by the theater of operations V-mail processing center. Nice homogeneous lot, in excellent overall condition.

Lot of genuine WWII US War Department field manuals, on the front covers of which partial ASN G-5148 has been inked: - FM 5-21, Camouflage Painting of Vehicles and Equipment , 1942; - FM 23-25, Bayonet, M1905 , 1940; - FM 23-30, Hand Grenades , 1940; - FM 30-40, Identification of United States Armored Vehicles , 1941; - FM 31-20, Jungle Warfare , 1941. Homogeneous set, in quite good overall condition. Name Guy has been written on three of them. Allen Conroy Guy, Jr. was born on July 29, 1924 in Dayton, Kentucky and joined the US Army on July 28, 1943 (ASN 35225148). He served as a Sergeant with Company C, 171st Engineer Combat Battalion. He was discharged on March 11, 1946 and passed away on March 11, 1946. Interesting genuine WWII British-made machete, 18.1-inch blade. Manufactured in Sheffield, England. Comes in its original US OD 7 canvas scabbard, produced by Atlas in 1943, on which laundry number P6519 has been stenciled. Quite good overall condition.
