The present coat is in very good overall condition and retains its original waist belt, snap fasteners and Talon zippers. The left breast pocket has been removed and replaced with the 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment insignia.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
