Mask, Gas, Mk IV, Complete, 1940, with Canadian Bag, 1942

Genuine WWII British Mk IV gas mask, complete with canister and corrugated tube. Dated 1940.

This type was standard issue for His Majesty armed forces prior to the introduction of the Lightweight version in 1943. Size: Normal.

Good overall condition; comes in its original Canadian khaki canvas bag, dated 1942, along with its anti-dimming cloth (in its tin) and some eyeshields (in their cardboard case).

Canadian Army service number B103168 painted under the flap indicates that the present lot was issued to a serviceman from Ontario.

Nice homogeneous set.
