Genuine WWII US Army M2 multi-purpose pliers and crimper -- one handle ends as a screwdriver blade, the other is a spike for boring a small hole in the TNT block and inserting a fuze; the crimping claws are intended for attaching a blasting cap or length of detonating cord to the fuze.
This type was, among others, issued as part of the parachutist's demolition bag -- see illustration #5 of technical manual Technical Training of Parachutist.
