Postmarked on March 16, 1943. A couple of newspaper and magazine clippings complete the present lot.
Staff Sergeant Raymond Geddes, Jr., Company G, 3rd Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division jumped in Normandy on D-Day and was wounded two days later at the infamous 'Dead Man's Corner'.
