Case, canvas jump, M1A1 carbine
A special belt holster for carrying the folding stock carbine M1A1 during the jump. This was padded with felt on the leg side. Adopted in February 1943, it is made of OD #3 canvas. The scabbard was held onto the leg by the strap and buckle at the muzzle end.
