The present jacket retains the following insignias: France nationality titles, No. 4 Commando shoulder titles, Combined Operations insignias, Lance Corporal rank stripes, service chevrons (five years of service), Light Machine Gun cuff badge, medal ribbons (1939-1945 Star, Italy Star, France and Germany Star, War Medal 1939-1945, and General Service Medal 1918-1962).

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
