Although the latter is not fitted with the braids and oak leaves of a Maréchal de France , the face is quite reminiscent of Ferdinand Foch or Joseph Joffre, yet it may be any anonymous ' Poilu ' as well...

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
