This is probably the three-man version: 3-man Rettungsschlauchbootes (Fl 410203) .

Size indications have been inked on the left inner pocket: 43 (back), 45 (collar), 96 (chest), 66 (length) and 64 (sleeves).
The breast eagle and the collar insignia are still present.
