Genuine WWII German Brotbeutel 31 canvas musette bag, generally known as 'bread bag'. This piece of gear was standard issue for the German infantryman: although first intended for carrying the daily food ration, it was often used a catch-all for personal belongings. The present bag is in excellent overall condition and retains all original metal buttons and 'D' rings, as well as its various leather straps.

Jacket, Fatigue, Feldgrau, Luftwaffe, Mint
Extremely rare genuine WWII German Feldgrau herringbone twill fatigue jacket, of the type intended for Luftwaffe other ranks, based on the standard regulation Fliegerbluse . Size indications have been inked on the left inner pocket: 43 (back), 45 (collar), 96 (chest), 66 (length) and 64 (sleeves). The breast eagle and the collar insignia are still present. Complete and in perfect condition.

Nice homogeneous set, in good overall condition.

Rucksack, M34, Tornister, 1937, Named
Great genuine pre-WWII German cowhide rucksack M34 Tornister with natural hair. Manufactured by Carl Busse in Mainz, Rhineland-Palatinate and dated 1937. The innner pocket of the flap held the cleaning utensils, a towel, a sewing kit and a shirt. The centre of the main compartment held the cooking pot with bread ration and cutlery, the sides contained the ankle boots with their cleaning kit, some pairs of socks filling any gaps. Between the flap and the body of the haversack, work trousers and high boots could be placed. The Tornister was simplified as the war progressed and the cowhide cover was eliminated for economical and practical considerations. Quite good, used condition; name Karl Eckel has been engraved at the back; shoulder slings are a bit twisted and show signs of field repair.

Bayonet, Mauser 98k, Elite-Diamant, 1937, with Scabbard, Hörster, 1944
Genuine pre-WWII German bayonet for Mauser 98k, manufactured in Siegmar-Schönau -- now Chemnitz, Saxony -- by Elite-Diamantwerke AG and dated 1937. Serial number 8608 g is visible on the ricasso. Wooden grips. Comes in a original wartime steel scabbard, manufactured in Solingen by E.u.F. Hörster in 1944 (see hallmark 44 asw ) and bearing number 0307 n . Quite good, used condition.

Rare genuine WWII German M43 Hemd shirt, of the standard regulation type introduced for the Heer in 1943. Size III. Complete and in very good overall condition in spite of a few stains.

Buckle, Belt, Luftwaffe, Painted Steel, SCHMÖLE & COMP. 1941
Nice genuine WWII German painted-steel belt buckle, of the specific Luftwaffe type. Dated 1941. Good overall condition; retains its original brown leather tab, manufactured by Schmöle & Comp. in Menden, North Rhine-Westphalia and dated 1941, too.

Jacket, Service, Summer, Drillichbluse, Heer, Gebirgsjäger
Rare genuine WWII German Drillichbluse summer tunic, reed green color. Introduced in 1942, this combat and duty jacket, based on the Feldbluse pattern but made from natural linen, was widely worn by Heer troops during the Battle of Normandy. Size indications and year of reception are still visible inside: 43 (back), 44 (collar), 96 (chest), 72 (length), 64 (sleeves), and [19] 44 . The present unifom is in worn condition, as indicated by various signs of repair, yet retains all original pebbled aluminium buttons, as well as its collar insignia and breast eagle; shoulder boards and belt hooks are missing; the right-hand sleeve has been adorned with a Gebirgsjäger insignia ( BeVo type).

Insignia, Sleeve, Georgian Volunteer, Heer
Rare genuine WWII Heer Georgian volunteer sleeve insignia, printed on cloth. The present shield, which bears the national colors of Georgia, a small State of the Caucasus region, features mention Georgien in capital letters. The creation of a specific unit for Georgian volunteers was allowed by Hitler in December 1941. Soon after, this insignia was produced and issued to the troops, who would wear it on the upper right sleeve of the field uniform. Some of theses Georgian volunteers were part of the various Osttrupen that the 101st Airborne Division met in Normandy. Mint, unissued condition.
