Very good overall condition; retains its original insignia, leather chinstrap, and buttons.
The stiffener has been replaced with some removable padding, which gives this hat additional flexibility, as well as a 'broken' shape quite popular in the Air Forces.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
