Name Anthony P. Calandirello [sic] has been engraved on the reverse of the medal.
The original award certificate of the present Bronze Star completes this lot, which also comes with two photographs of the above-mentioned GI (reprints).
Anthony Paul Calandriello was born on December 5, 1920 in Gardfield, New Jersey. A member of the National Guard, he was inducted into Federal Service on September 16, 1940 (ASN 20222904). He went on to serve with Company F, 357th Infantry Regiment, 90th Infantry Division, deployed to Europe, and was discharged on October 3, 1945 as a Private First Class. He passed away on April 6, 1996.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
