Rare genuine WWI US Army M1918 Trench Knife, featuring the characteristic knuckle cast handle and double-edged blade.
Manufactured by L.F.& C. and dated 1918,
This type was widely issued to US Rangers, Marines and paratroops during WWII, until officially superseded by the USM3 in 1943. However, many warriors would still prefer the M1918 Trench Knife, as seen in numerous wartime photos.
Quite good overall condition; the hilt shows remnants of black paint and the sides of the guard have been cut off.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
