Original canvas chinstrap with brass buckle and hook. Initials H.W.M. have been stenciled on the front.
This helmet comes along with its liner, of the scarce intermediary production type manufactured by Westinghouse, which retains its rayon suspension and neckband with russet leather sweatband, plain rectangular washers, and leather chinstrap. Name Mitchell has been painted on the front.
Nice homogeneous set, in quite good overall condition.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
