Genuine WWII US Aeronautical First Aid Kit, rubberized canvas, adorned with two red crosses. This model was packed in a rectangular canvas bag featuring four Lift-the-Dot connectors to be attached into the aircraft cabin. The first kits were issued to cargo carrier crews in 1942 and subsequently expanded to most USAAF aircraft types. This is the second version, made up of khaki canvas and introduced in early 1944. Talon zipper is in working condition. Quite good overall conditioon; comes along with various dressings.
