Superb genuine WWII US Navy female personnel seersucker jacket (Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service). Retains all its original buttons, labels and WAVES collar insignias. Excellent overall condition.

Name B.B. Bistline has been inked inside. No size indication. 

Beverly Barbara Bistline was born on August 28, 1922 in Cœur d'Alene, Idaho and joined the WAVES in December 1944. Assigned to the Chief of Naval Operations in Washington, D.C., she was discharged in 1946 yet signed on for one more year in the Naval Air Transport Service. She passed away on October 23, 2010.
