Scarce genuine WWII US Army ski wool trousers, of the early type introduced on June 23, 1941 and subsequently issued to the 10th Mountain Divison and the First Special Service Force.

These tapered-leg trousers have two slanted side pockets featuring zipper closure and two hip pockets with a buttoned flap. The front closure is made up of a zip fly and three plastic buttons located on the waistband. The leg bottoms have elasticated foot loops intended for securing them in the upper boots. Six red plastic buttons have been sewn around the waist here -- four on the front and two at the rear.

Excellent overall condition. Size 40 x 31. Label dated April 7, 1942. All zippers are in working order.
