In excellent overall condition, the present jacket retains its original buttons and insignias: 5th Infantry Division and France War Aid shoulder sleeve insignias, U.S. and Infantry collar discs, Combat Infantry Badge, medal ribbons (Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with four Stars and WWII Victory Medal), Expert Badge with Exp. Pistol and Mortar bars, and Overseas Service Bars.
Label is dated April 1st, 1941, size 38L. Laundry number B1023 has been inked in the collar.
A 'chocolate' garrison cap, featuring the light blue piping of the Infantry and the distinctive insignia of the 2nd Infantry Regiment, comes along with this uniform -- corresponds to size 7.
