Genuine WWII US Army M1943 OD 7 cotton sateen four-pocket jacket with khaki lining.

Featuring plastic buttons and gusseted cuffs, this new field jacket was massively issued in the ETO for the first time in late September 1944, on the occasion of Operation Market Garden.

Label is dated November 15, 1943; size 42R.
