Donald Felix DuChateau was born on April 2, 1921 in Green Bay, Wisconsin and joined the US Navy on July 16, 1942 (service number 305-35-89). He went on to serve with the crew of USS Marblehead (CL-12), a light cruiser which deployed to the Pacific, Indian and Atlantic Oceans, and was discharged as an Electrician's Mate 1st Class. He passed away on October 26, 2014.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
