Scarce genuine WWII USAAF Type E-17 Survival Kit, issued to pilots and other aircrews. This type is made up of a heavy duty canvas pouch -- featuring a flap closing with two Lift-the-Dot fasteners and intended for being attached onto the belt -- and two orange waterproof ethyl cellusose plastic flasks containing various supplies and accessories.
The present kit seems to be complete with its original contents: water purification tablets, enriched chocolate bars, matches in their waterproof case, whetstone, ophtalmic ointment, razor blades, sterilized gauze pads, adhesive bandages, ampoules of aromatic spirit of ammonia, toothbrush...

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
