Albert Joseph Mason, Jr. was born on September 22, 1909 in Fort Collins, Colorado and joined the US Army on July 5, 1941. He retired on November 3, 1964 as a Colonel. He passed away on September 10, 1974.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
