Great genuine WWII British gas mask, dated 1943-1944. Introduced in 1943, this lightweight type was initially issued to first-wave assault troops and airborne units because of its compact design. The present respirator is complete with canister, cleaning kit, and one eyeshield in its cardboard case.
Excellent overall condtion; comes in its original green canvas bag, dated 1944, along with two tin boxes of Anti-Gas Ointment No. 5 -- all tubes are present and full.
