Genuine WWII British First Field Dressing packet, manufactured by T.J. Smith & Nephew, LTD and dated Jannuary/June 1944.

Intended for being carried in the right front pocket of the Battledress trousers, this standard regulation first-aid packet, made up of a light canvas pouch containing two dressings, was also commonly seen under the helmet net.
