Mask, Gas, Mk IV, British, 1942

Genuine WWII British Mk IV gas mask, complete with canister and corrugated tube. This type was standard issue for His Majesty armed forces prior to the introduction of the Lightweight version in 1943-1944. The various elements are dated 1941 and 1942. Size: Normal.

Good overall condition; comes in its original khaki canvas bag also dated 1942, in which there is an anti-gas eyeshields packet, two tin box N°5 anti-gas ointment both dated 1942 and the anti-dimming MK V. 

Nice homogeneous set.
