Genuine WWII British First Field Dressing packet, manufactured by T.J. Smith & Nephew, LTD and dated July 1943.
Intended for being carried in the right front pocket of the Battledress trousers, this standard regulation first-aid packet, made up of a light canvas pouch containing two dressings, was also commonly seen under the helmet net.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
