Genuine WWII British Mk I Horse or Mule Anti-Gas Eyeshields, intended for protection from vesicant spray.
Made by J.S. & W. in 1944.
Disposable 'goggles' made of a single acetate eyeshield, stapled on a visor of impregnated material, virtually identical to the version intended for men which was often worn as dust protection.
Damaged condition; comes in its original cardboard sleeve.
