Genuine WWII US Army half shelter tent, of the early type.
No production markings visible.
As part of his issue, every GI had a shelter-half, usually rolled into the M1928 haversack's pack carrier -- a two-man tent could be pitched by buttoning two similar pieces together.
Quite good overall condition; comes along with its mast.
