Genuine WWII US Army OD 7 half shelter tent, manufactured by EMPIRE TUFTING CO. 1945.
As part of his issue, every GI had a shelter-half, usually rolled into the havresack's pack carrier. A two-man tent could be pitched by buttoning together two shelter halves.
