Very scarce genuine WWII Canadian shoulder title, Le Régiment de la Chaudière. To be sewn on the sleeves of the battledress blouse. Embroidered version on felt.
Very goood condtion.
Recruited in the province of Québec, on June 6, 1944, the 'Chauds' landed in the second wave on Juno Beach (Nan White) as part of the 8th Canadian Infantry Brigade, 3rd Canadian Infantry Division and kept fighting throughout the whole Battle of Normandy.
