Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped the same day if your order has been placed and paid before 1:00 pm (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) or within 2 days after receipt of payment (wire bank transfer). They are shipped via La Poste, Chronopost or FedEx with a tracking number and delivered with or without signature. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the order process. The deadline for delivery is the shipping time specified by La Poste, Chronopost or FedEx. Paratrooper is not liable for delays in delivery by DHL, FedEx or Chronopost. The times indicated are those usually observed. This information is presented for illustrative purposes and are not binding.
Paratrooper reserves the right to split shipments. The participation fee for processing and shipping will be charged for one shipment.
In case of delivery by a carrier that requires making an appointment with the client, the client will contact you as soon as possible to agree with you an appointment for delivery, 30 days later after the date of your order validation. Paratrooper can not be responsible for late delivery due exclusively to a client's unavailability after several proposals for appointment by the carrier.
In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent to you informing you. However, delivery dates are given in good faith but without commitment on our part. We do not accept request for compensation or penalties or cancellation of order for delay. The delivery is suspended in case of force majeure. We also invite you to check your order status and contact us with any questions or if problems arise.
Shipping charges include preparation and packing costs and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them. Particular attention is paid to fragile items. A package resistance effectively protecting your product guarantees you receive your order in perfect condition. boxes dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
In all cases, the goods travel at the risk and peril.
In case of damaged or missing equipment, etc. it belongs to the recipient to the carrier any necessary protest and confirm its reserves by extra-judicial acts or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 24 hours of receipt of the equipment. Any complaint to be considered, must be received within 8 days after receipt of material.
