Emzy Wilson Gaydon, Jr. was born on December 2, 1916 in Ringgold, Texas, joined the National Guard in 1934 and entered the Federal Service on January 6, 1941 (ASN 20847995). He was discharged on December 15, 1946 as a 1st Lieutenant (ASN O-415558) and passed away on June 11, 1989.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
