Quite good overall condition; issued in 1943 to some 2nd Lieutenant Steward H. Hartman, officer's ASN O-721902.
Steward Harding Hartman was born on February 26, 1920 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and joined the US Army on February 1st, 1943 (ASN 13094385). After being awarded a commission along with his pilot's wings in April 1944, he went on to serve with 403rd Troop Carrier Group, 13th Air Force in the Pacific. He was discharged on March 2, 1946 as a 1st Lieutenant, and passed away on September 7, 1995.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
