Genuine WWII US Army Report of Delinquency, dated May 1st, 1945, drawn up following a traffic accident that occured in Montebourg, Normandy on the same day, involving Technician 5th Grade Charles Hummer, ASN 33635626, 279th Port Company. 

The report indicates that the latter had no accident report form in his vehicle at the time.
