

Set of two pairs of genuine US Army dog tags, respectively dating back to WWII and the Korean War, issued to some John F. Gerstner, officer's ASN O-1057072, blood type O, vaccinated against tetanus in 1942, 1943, 1944 and 1952, Catholic. Each pair retains its original bead chains.
John Francis Gerstner was born on July 3, 1914 in New York City and joined the National Guard as early as 1934 (106th Infantry Regiment). He was inducted into Federal Service on October 7, 1942 (ASN 32522288), was later commissioned and went on to serve with the 8th Infantry Division. He was discharged as a Captain and passed away on March 17, 2008.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
