Dog Tags, S/Sgt. Earl Nonnemacher, USAAF

Pair of genuine WWII US Army dog tags, issued to some Earl Nonnemacher, ASN 33347305, vaccinated in 1942 and 1943, blood type O, Protestant, and indicating his wife's name and address.

A third tag, of the early type made in Monel, bears a non-official message dedicated to his spouse.

Homogeneous set, in very good overall condition, retaining its pair of bead chains.

Earl Luther Nonnemacher was born on May 12, 1919 in Emmaus, Pennsylvania and joined the Air Corps on June 26, 1942. He was discharged on July 12, 1945 as a Staff Sergeant, and passed away on February 26, 1982.
