Pair of genuine WWII US Army dog tags, issued to some Esher, Alfred B., ASN 33421039, vaccinated in 1944, blood type A, Catholic, retaining its original bead chains.

A sterling silver chain bracelet, sporting name Alfred Esher and ASN 33421039 on the obverse and showing mention 'To Alfred With Love From Estella' on the reverse, completes this nice homogeneous set, in very good overall condition.

Alfred Bertram Esher was born on September 2, 1923 in Camden, New Jersey and joined the US Army on May 1st, 1943. He went on to serve with Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 272nd Infantry Regiment, 69th Infantry Division, deployed to Europe, and was discharged on February 26, 1946 as a Staff Sergeant. He passed away on June 26, 1987.
